You'll be paying a lot more than you think

Booked through Wowcher. The Wowcher includes hotel and flights to Marrakesh for 3 nights. First of all I could hardly understand the man's strong Indian accent and he was getting obviously impatient when I kept on asking him to repeat. They are really disorganised; he had to put me on hold every time I had a question about hotel/dates/flights which resulted in an hour telephone call. You will need to pay extra for any dates you want and they will give you a cheaper hotel. I spent ages telling him that I've already paid £109 for the particular hotel that was advertised and I was happy with everything about it and it's not right to take that away when I've literally already paid for it. So then he said you can have the hotel of your choice but you need to pay £25 extra so now I've finished the call with spending £45 on the flights (that id already paid for) and £25 on the hotel just so I could keep the one that I already paid for in the first place! Please if you know what's good for you just keep away from this place! You want to book a holiday spontaneously happily and with ease, not be coming off the phone with stress and the feeling of being a victim of daylight robbery when you were initially so excited about the 'offer'
