Had a very positive experience with Mark at Tourcentre who helped me book a trip/hotel to Berlin. There was excellent customer service and I felt the tour coordinator (Mark Edwards) went above and beyond to make my holiday tailored to my needs and emailed me everything I needed to print for my holiday.

Extremely good value for money, I will definately use tourcentre again for future holidays/ recommend to a friend!!
