The staff at tour centre are friendly, pleasant and try very hard to satisfy there customers. In attempting to book was difficult to find a convenient trip timing to fit in with school but the staff worked with me trying to find the best possible. The trip was amazing, the upgrade given put is in an impressive wonderful hotel. Would definitely be pleased to work with tours centre again.
