Booked a Disney deal via Wowcher and was a bit worried but the rep at Tour Center made it really easy. I gave him the dates and he did the rest including a little upgrade as there were three of us and the flight prices had changed.

He offered great service via email as I was caught up on a conference call which made things much easier for me. He was clear about the details of our booking and answered all of my questions very promptly. Got it all sorted out in a few hours which has put my mind at ease about buying a voucher for a holiday. May even do it again as this one seems to have worked out so well.
