It is a shame that I cannot mention the staff members name with whom I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with. This lovely young lady was so helpful and, I am sure, went above and beyond what her job description entails to help a complete novice. Her very friendly and cheerful disposition coupled with her thorough knowledge and guidance made booking my short break very easy.
Due to a few mishaps on my part (waiting on people sending me the correct details ) this young lady spent roughly 4 hours re-contacting me and trying in whichever way possible to help, she truly is an asset to her company.
If all of the employees are half as dedicated as this lady, the company is in very good hands.
I am one very satisfied customer who will be definitely using this company again, many,many,many thanks
