The tour operator that dealt with me went beyond his duty to help sort out the the problems I was experiencing when trying to book my holiday. I had booked it through Groupon but had not received confirmation due to problems I was experiencing with my laptop & internet, therefor I could not redeem my voucher. I almost missed out on this holiday altogether. But thanks to this guy who spent a good part of his day trying his absolute best to not only save my holiday, but managed to get me a great deal too. He was very kind & understanding in helping sort out the terrible confusion I was having dealing with it all, as it was my first experience booking a holiday this way. I couldn't have done it without him. I shall definitely be using this company again & recommending them to my friends & family.
