We wanted a trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe that would include the outstanding beauty and character of the country, major cities and an interaction with people, exotic animals in interesting places and a chance to feel a part of the Safari experience, Victoria Falls and a trip on a train across South Africa. Jacqui did a wonderful job in organising our dream safari. There was no hiccup anywhere at all. The properties she selected were perfect; the food was excellent; the staff and the guide were very accomodating and knowledgable. She picked an upscale lodge, a permanent tented lodge and a mobile tent. (The tents are very luxirious, about 15 ft by 30 ft, with own bath rooms, tubs and showers ). What an excellent idea! My wife and I just returned from our 6th vacation to Africa in the last 10 years, the last 2 with the help of Opulent Africa. I initially found them online, and after corresponding by phone and email, we came up with a trip to Vic Falls and Botswana last year for 8 of us. “Safari through the Tanzanian Nat'l Parks”

My wife and I planned this safari as we turned 70. The Parks , guides and accommodation were all first class . We saw and photographed pretty much every animal , flower and bug in Africa . Manyara was lovely and green but one can't see the flamingoes very well from 3 kms . I'm pretty sure Opulent couldn't fix the Entry Visa goat rope at JRO but it would be nice if they could be obtained without mailing the Tanzanian Embassy our passports . We gave the fhe folks at Opulent Africa a list of things we wanted to do in Africa and our time frame , and they put together a fantastic vacation for my wife and I. We had a wonderful family holiday in Kenya. We started in Nairobi, staying at Ole Sereni hotel. The hotel was lovely, new, with great location next to game park and outside of the city traffic. We visited 3 different camps for safaris, and they each were unique camps, different climates and landscapes. The first location was Sosian Ranch in Laikipia. Somehow I found Opulent Africa online and took a leap of faith and had them organize a specialize safari to Victoria Falls and South Africa for our family of six. We were all thrilled with our "trip of a lifetime". We spent about 8 months getting the six of us in one spot for two weeks and the effort was worthwhile. Opulent Africa coordinated our safari in Zambia as well as a visit to Victoria Falls. Of all the tour operators we talked to Opulent Africa was the most organized and flexible in terms of meeting our needs. We never had a moments worry. We were met promptly at all juncture points by our drivers. Our special dietary need of gluten free meals for one member of the family were arranged. Opulent Africa coordinated our safari through Botswana and Zambia. We traveled to 4 different camps within 2 countries. Every detail was thought about and the traveling was smooth. We never had to worry about anything which enabled us to focus on enjoying our journey. Our itinerary with Opulent Africa was everything and more than we expected. We were very impressed with their pre trip information and help as well as during the trip. Our safari to Lion Sands was superb and we were met and transferred everywhere without issue. Then on to Kenya and Rwanda being the highlight doing 2 gorilla treks (recommended by them) was perfect. I cannot describe how perfect our trip to Africa was! Opulent made everything happen just as we wanted it to. There were no glitches. Every detail was thought through and accomplished so the only thing we were required to do was enjoy the trip of a lifetime.
