We felt we stayed another life and world with a perfect of full attention; the advisor helped us book this tour for Halong bay and Sapa Trekking Tours. It was amazing & fantastic. A long car 3.5 hours riding to Halong bay, with 30 minutes breaking time on way. It was worthy at all to enjoy Halong bay - was one of the prettiest places we saw while in Vietnam. Both times visiting Vietnam, we were very satisfied with the service and advice from Impressive Travel Vietnam. The advisor is excellent, and her services are very OK. If you want to have a real Vietnam trip into rural area, far from downtown to feel with real life of some different living standard out of Hanoi city center, or even not simple as your rest, we would high recommend to take the bikes tour in quite roads of Hoa Lu , Tam Coc in the late afternoon, or in the sunrise times, or join in cable cars in perfume pagoda, 1 way or 2 ways is ok, but 2 ways is better for whole feeling. We are a group of 16 person from Malaysia just came back from Hanoi, Vietnam after spending a wonderful week with Impressive Travel Vietnam. At first we tried to book a package with Malaysia Group, but ended with this comapny and we felt really with our right choice. Everything was perfect and it was much better than what we imagined before. Impressive Travel Vietnam is a reliable travel agency in Hanoi, Vietnam and they have done all they could to facilitate our trip. The bookings with the drivers and guides were highly reliable and we were always met by on time. The hotels were all to a high standard and all prepaid meals were very good. The Vietnamese cuisine is a great heritage and should be experienced by all. In Sapa, we were lucky to have a wonderful sunny weather with a great English speaker. However as we did not have... My groups have just spent a holiday in Hanoi, Vietnam. There are a great number of travel agents there. After carefully considering among more than 10 agents we chose Impressive Travel. Our 2-days holiday to Halong and 3days to Sapa Trekkingwas amazing. The transfers at the airport could have been a pain but it was really well organised as was the return transport.
