I booked a Paris Catacombs tour through excursiopedia and got confirmation in my booking. My husband an I went to the meeting place at the time specified in the voucher. We were asked to go at 9am but found out that catacombs opens at 10am. When we got there at 9 am no one was there to meet us. Number of the tour guide was also not provided!!! Tried emailing and calling excursiopedia as well as aeon tours to no avail. Until now, I haven't heard from either of the companies. What poor customer service!!!

I'm the tour provider and would not recommend to use this website both for tourists and tour guides - the company overdue the payments more than one month to the tour providers. This is totally unacceptable!

Nice way to book things to do for your trip - I book skip the line Vatican tour and save my time and have great experience in Vatican museum. They have also a lot of over activities worldwide
