Thank You for taking out your valuable time and posting a review for us. We take each and every review very seriously and ensure that they are acted upon at the earliest. We apologize if we could not meet up to your expectation.

As per the feedback sent by you, we would like to inform you that imparting you the correct tour Plan as per your preferences was duty as well as responsibility of Ms. Shivani. Whenever you called her and mailed her to make any changes in your Tour plan she did it without any delay. All your queries with respect to Hotel, Car, Payment was dealt by her in a positive attitude. You had agreed to choose our services when you found that our sales representative had imparted you correct and relevant information.

The moment we had received your advance payment we had sent you our confirmation mail with all the information related to your tour. The numbers of our Operation Department /Customer Care were sent to you whom you could contact 24* 7. We had given you more than 04 Contact Numbers of our Customer care. We do agree to your point that Ms. Shivani was unable to attend to you call but sir there was her genuine problem. She was suffering from fever and was on leave at that point of time but still she picked the call and had messaged you our operation Dept. Number.

Secondly we would like to draw your attention towards our payment policy. It has been clearly mentioned on our website that additional surcharge of 2.5% has to be paid over the net payable amount if anyone wishes to do the payment through credit card. So we are unable to understand how one can be unaware about this fact.

Thirdly your concern about food was already dealt beforehand your package was confirmed. It was informed to you that the food in Shimla will be both Veg and Non Veg .In Manali Hotel the Food will be purely veg.
Fourthly Hotel in Manali was specifically Chosen by your end. It was a budgeted property .We has your written consent over the mail sir that you yourself wanted Hotel Silver moon In Manali. Ms. Shivani has given you Hotel Silverine/Hotel De Park in Shimla in combination with Apple Green in Manali. In order to make the package to be fitted according to your budget you Choose Hotel Silver moon on your own.
