highlights of morocco

Third Archers tour I have done as I single traveller. Return flight with BA had a later time and no way could I get home by train. Archers put me up in an airport hotel on my return which I was grateful for. Nice group of people on tour, good mix from Canada USA Australia plus us English. Started in Marrakesh and continue.he'd onto Casablanca, shame it rained in the evening or I would have gone to Ricks bar. Lovely hotel in Fes with authentic Moroccan feel to it and excellent food. Night out in medina was great and enjoyed everything about it. Very knowledgeable tour director who knew a lot about culture of Morocco. Hotel in Erfoud authentic Morocco and had a great atmosphere. Trip to sand dunes marred by locals who pestered us to buy from them so a word of warning don't take much money on this trip as you don't need it. Did not do camel ride as have a back problem. Enjoyed the trips to the medina. Only gripe was hotel in Marrakesh the evening restaurant meals could have been better as the main course plates were cold and some of the hot food was nearly cold. Also at breakfast the person handing out the pancakes did not wear gloves so not surprised I got the runs! All in all a good tour and will be going with Archers again.
