If I could have had minus stars I would have chosen it. I booked a cruise in July 2013 for departure Sept 2014. I have lost count of emails and phone calls just to receive a confirmation. Everything was ignored until I had to cancel for medical reasons. To sum up: Archer's: an everyday story of mismanagement.
