Why say more ...

Firstly B.A. Lost my luggage when I arrived at Frankfurt , it had gone to Italy instead , then the courier had gone leaving me in the airport expected time for pick up 2 1/2 hrs , told to get a taxi and receipt , no Archers would not reimburse me because I should have waited , courier arrived giving me thousands of excuses , not impressed , Hotels on tour of 6 countries , some rooms like broom cupboards , 4 * never , optional extra tours cancelled because there were not enough people going to them , 21 on tour bus , sit where you like , no had to move everyday , rubbish , I sat where I wanted ! Never go again with Archers that's it , other companies must be better than their hospitality . Driver very good . Local guides rubbish they need a review of what they are telling the tourists , history lessons need upgrading . Taken to shops to buy items that were not on the visiting list , hoping to get kick back from them I thought . Wi fi not free in some hotels , coffee shops were so went to them , local resturants far cheaper than recommended places by courier . Concentration camps are not for fun or laughter , serious issues there , remember people were taken and died there . Tips at the end of holiday , don't expect one you never deserved it ! Overall experience 6/10 ...
