My partner works away and made an appointment for when he got back. The owner was so rude when he phoned me to claim that the appointment had been cancelled by my partner which it hadn't! He told me to get my facts straight before calling me and putting the phone down. I was going to book myself an appointment but now I'll go somewhere else!
