the CEO has a few issues with honesty

Having used the company previously I have been unpleasantly surprised by the CEO and his offensive attitude, having received this when he failed to respond to any contact regarding the failure to provide goods.

I suspect he cannot provide the goods given my experience which has been reported to Trading Standards.
