“shocking support from Kenwood”

i bought a kenwood toaster (4 slice). it stopped working after 3 months!! imagine English company, toast lovers and can't make a decent toaster work for more than 3 months!! I sent it to their authorised service center - JEEVS SUPPORT SERVICES. They say they can not repair the toaster! They do not have a proper tool for it! Is it a rocket or an aeroplane that they can not repair it?? Shocking!
