Bought a toaster, used it, it blew a fuse, then broke. Would they repair it- no, did i wait 33 minutes on hold to some idiot in their customer services team with no apology- YES i did!!!! I was then told to email, i did 14 days ago and still no response- if there was an award for bad products and customer service then this company should win!!! I have a full kitchen of poor products due to you guys, ive called customer services, repair centres who always manage to say something isnt covered- a proper company accepts fault, especially to a loyal customer and replaces their item to keep them as a customer.

Brilliant white toaster in an original design certainly brightens up the kitchen. On the large side with four good sized loading bays and easy to follow controls, make for super toast, also at a competative price. Purchased matching kettl as welle but shop around, John Lewis were offering the best deal.
