Bought my toaster for Xmas 2009, had it repaired (didn't hold toast down) 18 months later, now the same defect repeats. I bought it thinking of it being of good quality but I was wrong. I'm now looking to get some compensation from Bosch - won't get it repaired again - let's see.

It took more than 3 months to sort this out with Bosch care. They just are sluggish. Bosch care suggested selling me a new toaster at 30% discount or fixing the broken one with 50% discount of the price of spare part. Obviously there is problem with product design and Bosch must know it but they do not stand up to carry their responsibility. I'll go and buy other brand.
