I sent my 3 handset back the day after it arrived - despite 3 advertising that I was in a high signal area the phone did not work at all unless I went outside. According to the terms of the agreement I was allowed to do this. I am now being chased by 3 and threatened with my case being passed to a debt collection agency. They will not put me through to the customer services department but expect me to make an expensive premium rate call. I have already written them a letter, returned the phone ...

This has been a nightmare, the phone works intermittently, alarm doesn't sound, cant make calls out half the time, yet full signal bar, and charged. Called customer services about 8 times in the 2 weeks ive had the phone, 2 times from my landline totalling 50 minutes on their premium rate number,.demanded they cancel this contract, but good old indian call centre - no comprehension of what i am saying... and no customer service skills !!! this is going to be the longest 18 months of my life.... ...

The customer service is awful. The reception is awful. I have had no end of hassle and have to keep writing letters. I keep getting phone calls from them but oddly, they are unable to put me through to the customer services department. They expect me to make calls myself on a premium rate number. I went back to 02, they have much better coverage. 3 offered me what seemed like an attractive deal but it's not worth all the ...

It took me 3 months to try and get a refund for a phone they never sent me but that is just 1 of the problems with this company. I have had most networks on either contract or PAYG and this company wins hands down for the worst service. If it wasn't for skype service they were offering I would of listened to my friends and stayed well away. I advise you to do the same but if you do decide to go with them you have been warned. ...
