I have visited numerous The Body Shop outlets in 6 countries, and the culture seemed the same, proud and high, except for one unforgetable staff: Elizabeth, the sales manager in The Curve outlet, Malaysia. She is definitely different, she even took time to give me an introduction of Anita Roddick, the founder. Although the Body Shop sells a good range of products, I do feel their customer service could be better. I recently bought a tanning mitt and some exfoliating gloves, and when I went to the checkout, the shop assistant started serving me and another customer at the same time. I felt this was rude and unprofessional, and customers should be served separately. I have not been back since and don't plan ...

The Body Shop can fix ANY concerns you have about your body and you HAVE to respect their standards. Plus all of their places look so earthy and calm.
