    TESCO PLATINUM MASTERCARD Have had this card for about 4 years now and have never had any problems - quite the contrary, in fact as I have earned large numbers of points with which I have bought items from their Store. The latest being an excellent microwave. I do pay off my card every month as I do not like paying interest charges and sometimes I have done this through my on-line Bank Account and sometimes on Tesco's on-line banking.     After setting up your Tesco Personal Finance Internet Saver account you need to register before getting your money out. I thought I was all done with my account after setting it up and so didn't try to access it until I needed the money. 1. I then tried to register and found out the site is coded in a poor way and since I don't allow pop-ups, my web browser wouldn't let the pop-up appear and after I let Tesco's use pop ups it refreshed the screen and the site thought that was a problem ...

    Make most of my purchases these days using a credit or debit card issued by my bank. However I get zero reward on either, so I decided to get a Tesco Credit Card to at least earn something back....be it only a few more club card points. Was expecting a low credit limit to be set after speaking to other people I know who have the card but oddly the limit I was given was very high.     Tesco Personal Finance Internet Saver is an absolutely dire service. After 6 months I still can't log in and access my account. The customer service is non existent and they do not respond to letters or emails.

    Open a Tesco Personal Finance Internet Saver account in Jan 2009. Tesco has banked the cheque but so far have not had any acknowledgement
