Item: Terry Pratchett, The Colour of Magic (A Discworld Novel)
I thought Terry Pratchett, The Colour of Magic was a very enjoyable book. I felt that at times, it went a bit off and it was hard to follow, but when it gets better, it's a very, very, very good book indeed. I feel that the general audience should be from about 15-17 onwards. I'm doing a review for it at school at the moment and think this may be good practice. But I agree with "Guest" if there are any fantasy fans who might want a change, read it. It's a fantasy/comedy/roman...nah/action/etc. ...

The Colour of Magic is an incredible comic fantasy novel that is written by one of Britain's greatest authors. It's light-hearted humour makes it a very comfortable read at the end of the day, featuring the likes of such characters as Rincewind the Wizard and Twoflour the tourist as well as the ambulatory Luggage.
Anyone who enjoys fantasy and wants a bit of a change, read ...

Terry Pratchett, Mort is one of my favorite Discworld books, far better then then the first two books. I would recommend you start off with this book as it is very funny as well as simpler. I found the read captivating and laughed at many of the witty jokes included in the story. Death is my favorite character and you are likely to fall in love with his comical attempts to understand ...
