I will never book with Thomson again they have completely ruined my brothers wedding. 12 of us spent £15K for my brothers wedding party and two weeks before the holiday they decided to separate us and send myself and my partner to another hotel. There was no flexibility it was take it or leave it until they then offered us two night at the other hotel and the rest back at the hotel we booked. Though not completely happy it was the best they could offer and as I was one of the bridesmaids we settled for that. Only tonight three days before we fly out I am told that this is not going to happen and I only found out because I called them to ask for my details to be updated. They are an absolute shambles and employee staff that are just willing to lie to get you off the phone. Please read the small print as they offer no compensation no matter how much they have messed up and no feelings or regard of how this has affected one of those special times in your life. As I said under no circumstances, will I ever book with them again.
