Bought high end TV which developed a fault whilst under warranty.
After 3mths of calls (to foreign call centres claiming to be in UK) and emails I still await repair.
They will fob you off and try to make it as difficult as possible to seek repair hoping you give up.
My advice is DO NOT buy a Samsung TV.
If you get a fault or issue be forceful, do not accept poor resolution, and post to social media.
It was only after I posted to Facebook the terrible service and negative feedback that any sort of action was undertaken.
