My daughter took out a subscription to Bliss magazine, enticed by the offer of a free gift (perfume, in this case). NO gift was ever received, and the Customer Service department, who can only be contacted by email, have failed to do anything to resolve the metter despite initially promising to send an alternative. I find that they often don't even have the courtesy to reply to emails now (7 months later!). Obviously, I have now cancelled the subscription, as the gift offer came for a six-month subscription and the service has been so poor. Because of this, they have completely lost interest in our case as there is no money in it for them any longer. I am extremely disappointed by the service , and my 12-year old feels really let down.
My advice: don't touch Panini products with a bargepole!
