“Was good until it lost its chocolate sprinkles”

We've been buying this product for years and always have quite a number of boxes in stock. We found recently that our 6 remaining boxes were supplied with no chocolate sprinkles. Since the drinking chocolate we have doesn't taste good enough on these cappuccinos (and we have no way of sprinkling it evenly), unless we can find a suitable source of chocolate sprinkles we are left with 6 boxes of cappuccinos we can't use. I have drank Nescafé Cappucino for years, I got all my family & friends on it & now they have removed the chocolate!!! To say I find it undrinkable without it is an understatement. Not been able to drink them since I'm gutted This was my nightly treat No more Bring the sprinkles back!!!!!! (read more)

great coffee but how can you advertise a drink with chocolate sprinkled on the top but none in box didn't see anywhere that suggested you had to add your own (read more)

“Where has the Chocco Topping Gone?”

I bought a new box of Nescafe Cappuccino sachets last week and opened it to make a cup today and found NO CHOCCO TOPPING! Nescafe have taken the topping out of the pack obviously to save money/make more profit. How can you have a cappuccino without the chocco sprinkle????????????? I AM ABSOLUTELY FUMING ABOUT THIS........DISGRACEFUL NESCAFE. PS: I still think the coffee is great, but I've had to make my own shaker with a pepper pot and drinking chocolate. i agree, i have been buying these cappuccino's for years, but dose spoil the drink without the sprinkles, i dont always have hot chocolate to use. Bring back the sprinkles nescafe.

I called Nescafe and complained vehemently especially as they had
just hiked ANOTHER price increase. I was told they were trying to
find an organic supplier to go with their organic coffee!! Wouldn't be
brain surgery would it??
They actually sent me a sprinkler which incidentally is pretty lousy quality - ie the cocoa (I haven't found any other choc yet) goes everywhere but
in the cup. Have now given up Nescafe - it's getting too milky and have
bought my own - a De longhi machine and I have found out you can buy Suchard sprinkles via Amazon. So spherical objects to Nescafe!!!

How I agree. I have always been a loyal Nescafe fan, but I am upset that they have stopped putting in the chocolate sprinkles. Can it cost that much!! I shall be looking around for an alternative brand now. H.

Surely this is a case for trading standards. The image on the front of the box clearly shows a cappuccino with the obligatory chocolate sprinkles on .. If it does not include them then ..firstly they should change the picture and secondly they cannot call the product a cappuccino.

I've been drinking these for years and think I'm addicted! Nescafe in my opinion are the best as I've found a lot of the other brands have a thin froth on the top. I agree that this is an absolutely awful thing to do. Why can't they at least sell the sprinkles as an option ? I personally never managed to use the whole pot in each box of 10, so I did have some spares. These are now running out so I HAVE to find an alternative.
