Tried to order from a takeaway 2 miles away and had the order rejected as "too far away to deliver" called restaurant direct and they took the order and delivered. Just Eat called later to say that the order was messed up? We told them that we couldn't be asked. So the thing is why bother to order through an agent like this when you can just call direct. Seems to me this is not adding any value so a redundant service. (read more)

“Rubbish Service”

ordered a takeaway today. delievery time has been shown as 45 minutes. but i haven't got the delivery for 90 minutes. so contacted the customer care thru live chat to cancel the order and refund the money. but after spending 30 minues on the live chat i was getting the reply that they need to get the authorisation from restaurant. i decided not to use this service ever again. Have had food from Wonton Joe's before and it has always been fine. Chow Mein was good. Chicken Satay starter very strange. Not very nice as there was lots of cucumber chunks swimming in the sauce - yet no pineapple? Chicken tai green curry was absolutely dreadful; there was far too much salt and the sauce was an ugly green brown. Not edible and I had to throw it away. (read more)

“Awesome way to get fed!”

I use Just-Eat to order about once a week and love it. I understand that Just-Eat don't actually supply the food, they provide the way to order and pay for food without having to deal with takeaway staff who cannot spell your name or address. It works really well and i use it all the time - top marks and keep up the good work. (read more)

Just Eat is a great website which makes it simple fast and easy to order food from your local takeaway's and you dont need lots of menu's lying around your house. The biggest thing for me when ordering in is the order itself, often when I phone an indians or pizza shop I sometimes have problems understanding the person taking my call, just eat has none of this, browse the menu, pick your order and pay (or cash on delivery), simply fantastic. I really love this website whenever I go back home after work and have nothing to cook or I am to tired to cook I just login to just eat browse around the different menus and choose one of the many many options I have! the restaurants accept and respond to your order very fast. I would say that the ratings for each place are fairly accurate. The food always came within the time provided. I must say that it is the perfect site to plan a chilled night in.... (read more)

Just Eat is a site that has lots of different take away sites and restaurants menus allowing you to choose which cuisine and order via the Just Eat site who handle the payment and simply send your order to the take away kitchen. I use Just Eat as well as Hungry House (as they both feature different take aways) and have found it a great tool for discovering new places to get our food from. It's good to see what other customers thought of the food before you give it a go for the first time... (read more)

“Dont eat with JUSTEAT”

Justeat is an online service that allows you to order food from takeaways in your local area. I used this service and was sent the wrong order-it took them over 40 minutes to respond and then they told me to call the resturant direct. I asked for a refund and it was refused. Terrible company don't go near them-huge rip off. (read more)
