Ordered a takeaway as I normally do every weekend via the JE website.
20 minutes later I happen to find an automated email from JE - 'your order has been cancelled'.
??! What? I've been ordering from this particular chinese for a year or so! Both these companies have made plenty of profit from my purchases. Plus the £3 delivery charge and card fees every time.
Anyway, I received no further information from either business, nor any apology. If I was running that takeaway I would have called any customer(s) I had let down.
Of course I had to wait five days for my money to be refunded.
Just eat? Just don't bother.
