The first time we used Hungry House, we waited an hour and a half for our order. They gave us £3 to use towards our next takeaway - which is an insult. The second time we used it, our food took TWO and half hours to come!! After talking to them for around two hours, I was finally given part of my money back. Before this they were trying to blame the restaurant, telling me I would need to take it up with restaurant and that they couldn't help that the takeaway was buys - so what exactly am I paying them commission on my food for in the first place? When our food did eventually arrive, it was all wrong and cold. Worst service on the internet - don't use it!! Go direct!
