“How do they get an order so wrong?”

Placed an order with dominos over the phone for a large family deal, this is 5 item; 2 large pizzas, potato wedges, garlic bread and a coke. When the order arrived 45 minutes later the coke was missing, one pizza was the wrong one and the garlic bread was just a small cheese and tomato pizza. How can they get an order that wrong? Staff were unhelpful although did bring us the coke and replace the wrong pizza but not garlic bread. When complained to delivery driver he laughed and walked off!
Will use Pizza Hut next time!
