“Great idea but difficult channel selection”

Bought this primarily for use in the kitchen but will quite likely use it on holiday and as an in car dvd player. It has proved just the right size to fit below some shelves on our kitchen wall but while the picture is excellent it has proved necessary to use external speakers to hear it if the kettle is boiling or the dishwasher is on (luckily we usually keep an MP3 speaker in the kitchen anyway). The program search setup is quick but it allocates unusual 3 figure numbers to the channels found,...
