my sister bought gold and diamond bracelet, wore it for first time on the 27 of jan dropped off her wrist tried phoning tjc 6times held on phone for ages so I decided to email them, still no answer I am disgusted they are fobbing customers off they have our money so we are ignored when we have a complaint ,face your responsibility to your customers , my sister is on pension and wanted to treat herself at Christmas, bracelet cost her £499.00 and is so upset I will never buy from them ever again we all need help with our complaints .
