Auctions take too long

I have to let off some steam! Today just got to me. One of the older lady presenters ranted for nearly an hour about 2 different auctions of emerald rings, despite lack of customers ordering. She found 50 ways to say the same thing, she is also guilty of promoting items she likes particularly instead of showcasing all items evenly especially with regard to scarves. Don't get me wrong the items shown were lovely, but is it really necessary to bang on so long about certain things and race through other auctions. Two of the buyers should also not broadcast, they have heavy accents and speak in a long monotone with no inflection in their voices, I am sure they are very good at their job, but again they speak so badly and constantly repeat themselves.please put this right tjc, customers can read, your goods speak for themselves, there is no need to badger and patronise us, there is no need to constantly tell us how many are on the phone and repeat phone number. ITS ON THE SCREEN.please don't shout down your miles. Thank you. I am a regular customer but honestly I won't be much longer.
