I have now had 5 items, 3 rings and 2 bangles where stones have fallen out within a few weeks of normal wear, all within in the last 6 months, one bangle was even sent out with a stone missing, obvious without even taking it out of the wrapper. I have had huge difficulties getting refunds and months later I am still waiting for them to refund me the expensive signed for and insured postage they ask to do to do. One diamond eternity ring had a stone fall out after 2 weeks wearing and after over a month I finally received a replacement only to find the same things happened again to the replacement ring so that also had to be returned costing me £7.10 postage which so far they have reused to refund me for and now have the cheek to ask me for £35 to replacement the diamond in a faulty ring. I have refused and legally they have no right to charge for a repair even if I want which I don't . I have asked for a full refund but they have gone very quiet, I have involved the government run consumer helpline now which is free and gives legal advice. I have had some lovely items in the past which have been fine but they were bought some years ago but now aI will not be buying anymore because the quality is poor I think in an attempt to cut prices. I will take legal action through the small claims court as £350 is not a small of money to lose, if they refuse to give me my money back
Their customer service is very poor you just get emails expressing how sorry they are you have had to contact them but they do nothing , even of you want to buy something their so called personal shoppers don't bother to comeback to you TJC needs to improve its quality big time before I will buy anything again
