I have got some winning bids on The Jewellery Channels auction site. After being notified by email that i had won some auctions[and many repeat emails telling me to purchase the items] i logged into my account on the site and tried to get onto my auctions page. After 3 hours of repeated trying and getting a screen each time saying that i have no bids i contacted customer services. After 45 mins and 3 conversations i got absolutely know here and was just asked and told irrelevant information. Customer service girl i dealt with [name begins with K. Customer service is rubbish and their computer system keeps failing. My advice use another jewellery site.
