“Ruby Ring”

I recently purchased a white gold ruby ring. When the ring arrived it was not in a box - only in a pouch. The ring shank had a flaw on one side. I am really disappointed that items such as this with a reasonably high price should be sent out in flimsy packaging and also obviously not checked by quality control before it was dispatched to me. Needless to say it is going back in the post tomorrow.
