Recently bought 5 items and two of them arrived in pieces. Definately not the fault of the post office because on one of the items the stone had become detached from the main item of jewellery -and you could even see where it should have been, and the second item was part of a set, but on opening all,I had was a tiny piece of elastic and a handful of beads- it was evident the items had just been bundled into the gift bag and sent out like that. So, sent an email -no reply, sent another -no reply, tried ringing the customer care line-no reply, sent a complaint by letter -recorded delvery -no reply. So just where is this great customer service they 'bang on' about -both on air and on the website? Well, it clearly is just a clever ploy to make you think they are a customer orientated company -they are'nt! Have been buying from them for a few years now, but doubt I will bother again. It takes nothing to reply to an email, but it seems like all they are interested in is how much money they can make. Shame on you TJC- I -will stick to QVC and GEMS TV from now on.
