My lovely husband bought me a large diamond cluster ring for our wedding anniversary in April. It is an occasional wear piece and not something I would wear everyday. However after waering it to a summer ball, I noticed that one of the diamonds had fallen out. I did'nt think that this would have beena problem and that all needed to do would be to send it back to TJC and either a refund or replacement would be offered. NO CHANCE! As it was after the "30 day" period, it would then have to be submitted to their jeweller for a report, this was at a cost to me of £5.90. The customer service is dire and after all their "jargon" talk to me I have been told that the ring can be repaired for £30! Apparently this report says that the ring has been damaged and is quite worn!! Have NO IDEA what rubbish they are talking about, I have quite a sedate life, I don't bungey jump or do anything of high impact while wearing my jewellery so can't understand why their "report" (complete with pictures!!!) states this! Either way, I most certainly do not expect a piece of jewellery to last only a few weeks. I am sorry that I never read these reviews before I purchased from this company, it seems that once they have your money they could'nt care less.
