If you ring them it is so hard to speak to customer services, so they give you option of pressing 1 to get a callback, don't bother, they won't callback. When you do get through to customer services some of the staff seem very disinterested quick to cut the conversation. Beware of buying their watches. If you expect to get a guarantee then forget it. Should get at least a minimum of one year, but they give you none at all. Why are delivery times so slow. They say 5-7 days. Many people get goods after 10 days. Some after 2 weeks. Better that they charge more for delivery and get goods delivered in 3-4 days. Same sort of bad customer service as other shopping channels, Like Bid tv. Why do so many shopping channels have a lack of respect for the people who buy from them ?
