dont order from them got 2 pair diamond earings both broken one stone missing one broke .when u ring its busy .then they say wel ring u back but they dont.been two weeks since i sent um back .nothing from them .still waiting for my money back .i wouldnt even star rate um 1.the jewellery is poor not how nice it looks on tv .b very carefil.

What a shame and very different to my experience with them: I bought a 1 carat pair of diamond cluster earrings in yellow gold for £269 a couple of years ago and had them valued recently at £1475!!

Have been happy with a number of other items too, although I don't think their quality and customer service are as good as another jewellery channel that sells only genuine gemstones (TJC also sell 'crystal' and other synthetic stones) but both of these jewellery channels certainly have far superior jewellery products and fair P&P policies - unlike your 'Best Programme' choice, in my personal experience.
