I ordered 2 Union Jack Shambala Bracelets for myself and my husband. The presenter said we would get them in time for the Jubilee. I am still waiting to receive them.
I sent an email to them to be told that when the order is placed the order is not sent the same day ???.I really wanted these for the Jubilee day and it looks like i wont receive them and i am not happy about that. When i receive them i hope they are in perfect condition otherwise i will be very angry.As for the 5-7 working days delivery forget it it wont happen.

I also ordered this bracelet - as soon as it went on sale and have still not received it so I won't be able to wear it for any jubilee celebrations

I did finally receive the items on the 7-6 17 days after my order on the 22-5. Of course i am sending them back, at a cost of £5.90, i rang tjc and told them i want my postage refunded to me which is 4.95 plus the 5.90. They said that is ok but i will have to wait for the 5.90 to be sent in a cheque as they could not refund that into my account i dont know why that is . The bracelets are very small too, they would not go near my husbands wrist even though the presenter said it would fit a man ??. will not order from them again.
