I ordered three pairs of earrings in March 2012 as presents. When they arrived one pair were faulty so I contacted the so called Customer Service Number and was informed to return the faulty pair with proof of P&P and they would refund me. I have been refunded for the earrings but am still awaiting refund for Postage which was £5.45. They have ignored my emails but I will not give up. This company is quick to take money from your account but very slow to return money to you. I will NEVER order from this company again and will advise family & friends not to buy from them either. Very disappointed with their after sales service.
