“Buyer beware!”

Written on: 11/03/2012

I purchsed shamballa bracelets at Christmas which were ok for the price paid. This gave me a false sense of security and I ordered a pair or earrings from their 'affordable diamonds' collection. They are absolute rubbish and you can't return pieced earrings. They are absolutely tiny compared to the pair shown on TV. The photography is so clever you think you are getting a bigger item than you actually are. It's back to Q*C for me! You can retun anything to them. The Jewellery Channel also insist that you return items to them by special delivery. I had ordered a set of costume jewellery for my niece and one of the pieces was broken. I informed them straight away on the day of delivery and despite it costing only £19.99 was told to return it by special delivery. It cost me £5.90 and they won't refund that. Have you ever wondered why they don't have reviews on their website like Q*C and Ideal W*rld do? It's because they would go out of business!

I bought a pair of diamond earings with the scew post. One of the posts broke after 3 wearings and I have been trying for 6 months to get customer service attention with absolutely no result. No one will talk to me. I will not be buying from them again.
