Never again!

I recently purchased a bracelet from this site and although it was received on time I wasn't a very happy bunny when I opened the package. The bracelet itself was of very poor quality, a total waste of money and it was so thin that if you were to put in on your wrist you would need a pair of binoculars just to see it. However I could not put mine on my wrist as they had only sent half a bracelet!! It had obviously been snapped, one half going God knows where and the other sent to me. What sort of a moron sends a product like that to a customer? Someone blatantly knew that I would have to go through all the palaver of sending it back! I have returned it (having to pay for recorded delivery at my own expense to ensure they get it as it cost a lot of money - even though they sent it via normal post) and I am awaiting a refund. Never again will I purchase anything from this site.
