I placed an order for £200 it did not arrive so rang their customer services. Was told items not in stock so they had cancellled the order and that the money should be back in my account, i was advised to re order items, i dcidd to just re order 1 item and took advantage of internet offer of10% so spent a further £158. The money did not appear back in my account for thr first order. So i rang again the next day. I was assred the order was cancelled and that the money would be back in my account by tuesday. The next day i looked on my tjc account and it appeared that both the first and second order were still showing. So i rang again only to be told that the first order was not cancelled and was to be dispatched and that the second order had been sent. I asked them to cancel one of the orders and to return the cash to my account. I was told that this would take at least 5 working days. Where am i now? Well i have no jewelery and im over £350 down in my bank account
MY ADVICE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN THIS COMPANIES GOOD ITS VERY GOOD BUT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD!
