Been buying happily from them for years. Find items, service, presenters all good. If not happy just return items and refunded quickly, no questions asked. If item faulty always had prompt response from them and apologies. Customers services helpful. Admit delivery bit slow at times. Have bought at both ends of price scale and all have been good, the diamond rings are as good as the glass items. Murano pendants are amazing 7 for £14 when seen elsewhere for £67 per pendant!!! Can't understand why anyone would buy jewellery elsewhere and pay inflated prices in High Street. If not sure try a Monday under £10 day and dip your toe in on a silver item And NO am just a happy customer not connected to Tjc in any way.

I should hope their diamond rings are as good as their glass items since they cost quite a lot more.
