I purchased a Tanzanite and diamond ring from them costing over £3000. I wore it once and the band got all pitted and scratched I sent it back and they said that it has been excessively worn. They sent it back to me the same way I sent it. Any reputable company would at least talk to you or call you back. No after sales. You expect more after wearing a ring once it should last a life time. No e-mail returned no calls returned. Go to a high street jeweller where you have after sales care.
