“VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE”

I order a bracelet for christmas, I was told my order was sent. It never arrived. I have tried to contact customer service but have been unable to get through. I have emailed now several times and have have only received an automated reply to say they will be in touch. I have ordered a couple of other small stocking filler peices, but when they arrived they were of very poor quality and not fit for purpose orsuitable to be given for presents DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHANNEL.
