I have already reported how TJC blocked my account after over £8000 worth of purchases, but returned some expensive columbian emerald rings which I didnt like. Now my sister has had the same problem. She purchased and returned THREE items, and her account has now been blocked.
DONT BELIEVE IT WHEN THEY SAY RETURNS NO PROBLEM. they clearly are

Are you simply buying high end and expensive items only to return these or do you buy and keep some?

I suspect the reason you and your sisters accounts are blocked are that you are buying far too many expensives items which are costly for TJC in terms of air time and lost sales revenues if returns are too high.

I suspect you are a time waster and dont actually commit to buying anything.

I have bought lots of high end stuff and a few lower end items and generally quality is pretty high with excellent customer services.

Oh by the way I dont work for the company just a home buyer who likes high quality affordable jewellery.

Their Colombian and Tanzanite jewellery particualrly the Rhasody and Illiana range are oustanding.
