Bought a duvet at £80. They sent me the review link but I still had no product. Forced to call at my expense to chase. Supplier problem I was told and they would reorder product. The call I made had told me I had the product 8 days ago and emails said this too. I then left bad review that was rejected by them, obviously. Then next day product arrived, supply problem sorted quick if it ever was.
